Robert Weinberg has a cool "appreciation" of Haggard on his site, with lots of art from the novels. Just google: Haggard Robert Weinberg.

Haggard wrote dozens of fantasy/adventure novels. They are great.THOMAShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11813124910386890089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7487871339000666216.post-15153084739885352692009-11-11T11:39:27.067-05:002009-11-11T11:39:27.067-05:00I'd like to thank you for you're recommend...I'd like to thank you for you're recommendation. And he wrote a Viking novel, Eric Brighteyes (1891), which I can just imagine REH reading with relish.

Most of his books can be found online here:

http://www.gutenberg.org/browse/authors/h#a365Jerry Corneliushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04657432306103298802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7487871339000666216.post-88707224331297752902009-11-09T17:13:33.840-05:002009-11-09T17:13:33.840-05:00Haggard rocks.Haggard rocks.Matthew Slepinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04056247825064943944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7487871339000666216.post-75342788641983222372009-11-09T15:33:10.660-05:002009-11-09T15:33:10.660-05:00I've been keeping an eye out for Haggard books...I've been keeping an eye out for Haggard books for about two years now and I've only found one. This surprises me as some of his books are still in print over one hundred years later. I'll keep hunting because he is a must read for the hardcore fantasy buff.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7487871339000666216.post-20863926784810113492009-11-09T12:36:23.403-05:002009-11-09T12:36:23.403-05:00H. I've read only three of his books thus far (King Solomon's Mines and the first two She novels), but in parts they have an imaginative intensity that is almost religious in its power.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
