As ever, my apologies for not participating in the discussions in the comments and/or replying to recent emails. I've been buried under various several different projects. It's also the first week back to school for my family, so adjusting to the shift from a summertime schedule is taking some effort. I will be getting back into the proper swing of things over the next few days. In the meantime, please bear with me.
