Demon Mini Pics

Brett Zeleznik of Fractured Dimensions produces some excellent fantasy miniatures that draw on old school esthetics. I'm particularly impressed with his demon figures, perhaps because demons figure prominently in Dwimmermount. So, when Brett sent me photos of the greens for his upcoming Type III demon figure, I knew I'd like to share them.

Those look terrific, don't you think?

  2. The art/visual directors at WOTC and Paizo need to see this so they can get a clue. I am not a mini fan or user, but I would buy these for fun.

Very nice! My favourite companies at the moment are Red-Box Games and OtherWorld Miniatures, but this seems well worth a look.

  5. That demon should see a doctor. Something's not right with its nipples...

Nah, just kidding. Looks pretty cool and otherwordly, especially with those not at all lobster-like pincers.

  6. That is a pretty nice looking mini. Haven't used minatures in a while for D&D...almost makes me want to break them out again.

Also, I'm sure this has been answered somewhere in the past, but I must have missed it: Why were demons tagged with names Type I, Type II, etc... rather than some actual name? Even with devils we got categories like Horned Devil, Barbed Devil, etc...for the lesser ones.
