Dream-Quest: Character Origins
This is the first proper post about the Dream-Quest project I alluded to yesterday, for those of you who are interested. Like my other RPG projects, I'm keeping this one segregated from what I write here daily at Grognardia, especially now that The Shadow over August is drawing to a close soon. However, from time to time, I'll still make a post like this in order to remind readers about the existence of Dream-Quest and its progress.

Seems like I can't comment there, perhaps because I don't have a Patreon account, so let me ask here: what's the deal with Dreamborn gifts Echoing Steps and Silent Step? (The descriptions of the effects seem to overlap, but the first does the opposite of what it's called, and only the second has an actual mechanical effect listed).
ReplyDeleteThat's simple: when I was editing the original document to post to Patreon, I left out some details. Thanks for noticing that. I'll make the changes to the next version of the text, when it's given to playtesters.
