Another Petty God

As the artwork for Petty Gods keeps rolling in, I can't help but share it. Here's another amazing piece by Mark Allen -- hire him if you have any projects that need art! This is Jhillenneth, the Mother of Horrors, a petty god submitted by Matt Fischer.

  1. If I'd known how good the art was going to be I'd have worked even harder on mine.

  2. This is going to be such an awesome book. But you know that better than anyone of course.

  3. I really like the artwork. It has a classic style to it. It reminds me of the woodcuts of monsters found in old books.

  5. Yeah, I feel kind of bad - I guess I could have come up with something better for Heka-Kup. I've gotten to the point where I can't even tell whether what I'm doing is any good or not.

At this point, I just hope it was good enough for James and the book. :/

    Excellent illustration btw.

If it weren't, I wouldn't have accepted it. Never fear. This is a community project and I am grateful to everyone who helped out in any way.

  9. Cool, looks like something player characters would fight as high point to series of high level adventures. Sort of like Lolth was.

  11. Looks great. But echoing Brunomac, she seems anything but a minor goddess.

  12. Lovely vintage style! But yes, she seems pretty Major. Perhaps Kid Sister of Horrors?
